June 24, 2015 -- In recent weeks, Guye Pennington was appointed as the new Secretary General for the King Kigeli Foundation and Private Secretary to His Majesty. His undergraduate work is in finance at the University of Louisville, his Masters in Business Administration is from Indiana University, and he completed the American Banking Association's Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
